Dear Cancer Survivor,

Do you remember that last surgery, that last treatment, that last doctor visit?  Do you remember the feeling of relief of it finally being...OVER?  The relief of hearing, "It looks like we got it all!"  Maybe the journey was months, maybe it was years but the relief was the same.  Done.

 You probably felt like a survivor!  You may have felt like you went through hell and came out on the other side....changed.  But whatever it was being done with cancer was a relief.

 I remember that, too.

 Now you may reflect on that time you first heard those words, "I'm sorry, but you have cancer."  It probably seems like a long time ago.  So much has happened.  And yet, somehow, things may still feel the same.  As much as things changed, things stayed the same.  You still live the same life you lived before cancer.  The same people.  The same....almost everything.  

 Time has passed and maybe you don't feel so much like a warrior or a survivor anymore.  Maybe life has zapped some of your resolve.  Maybe that desire to conquer has slipped into a feeeling of same ol', same ol'.  Perhaps fear that cancer could come back has started to settled in and it's affecting you far more than you ever thought.

 I understand.  I've been there.  I've "given" myself no less than 5 different cancers over the years.  I feel an ache or a pain and I've thought, "Oh no!  What if those are the signs of cancer returning?"  It wasn't until I realized how much power I can have over my body.  It wasn't until I recognized how many strategies there are to fight against cancer.  That I can create a body that naturally fights cancer.  It was then that my fear faded away and my health started to get better every day as I implemented these strategies.

 Let's regain your warrior spirit.  Let's come together and create a brighter future that has you healthy, strong and a cancer fighting machine.

 Let's create a body that says NO! to cancer and says yes to a long, healthy life.
